Find your perfect fit - easily and confidently. At Angel, every frame is designed with intention - but the right fit depends on your face shape, preferences, and head size. Use this guide to measure yourself in under a minute and discover whether you’ll love a snug fit, classic fit, or oversized statement fit.
Step 1 - Measure Your Head Size
All you need is:
✔ a soft measuring tape
or
✔ a string + ruler
How to measure: Place the tape around your head, just above your ears and across the midpoint of your forehead. Keep it level - not too tight, not too loose. Note the measurement in centimetres or inches.
Typical head circumference ranges:
Small head: Under 54 cm (under 21.25”)
Medium head: 54–57 cm (21.25–22.5”)
Large head: 57–60 cm (22.5–23.6”)
Extra-large head: 60+ cm (23.6”+)
Step 2 - Understand Frame Width and Temple Length
Each frame has a Total Frame Width listed on the product page.
If you have a Small head: you could pick the small frame width for a normal fit, or a medium fit for an oversized look.
If you have a Medium head: you could pick the medium frame width for a normal fit, or a large fit for an oversized look.
If you have a Large or Extra-large head: we would always recommend to take the large frame.
Please understand that all frames have different sizes. Make sure to look at the chart below.
