Can I still change my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase.
This is because we custom-adjust frame size, temple length, color and lenses to your preferences.‍

We ship your order within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location.

Yes - we ship worldwide. In most regions, shipping is complimentary.‍

Returns and Warranty

Can I return my glasses?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, as every pair is custom-made specially for you.

How does the warranty work?
We believe in the quality of our products.
If your glasses arrive damaged or break within the first 6 months during normal use, we will replace them free of charge.
Please note: warranty only applies to normal use.‍
